Bio

I am a junior and an elementary education major at Ball State University. This fall, I took a job as a youth leader at a church called Whetstone in Anderson. The cool thing, they actually pay me! I figured if I had to get a job (and I did), I might as well get a job doing something that I love. The past few years, I have had the opportunity to be a camp counselor at a church camp called Merom, which is down by Terre Haute, and I absolutely loved it. In fact, that's what helped me to decide to go into elementary education! Now at my job as a youth leader at Whetstone, it is like I am a camp counselor year around! I average spending about eight hours a week with the youth and then another two or three hours preparing. Life is GOOD!
